He brings over 20 years of experience in modular manufacturing, with previous experience establishing 6 manufacturing operations in both Canada and the US, Tosh continues to be an industry leader in modular manufacturing. Awarded the contract for Canada’s Emergency deployment Covid Hospitals. A seasoned entrepreneur, he leads QUILT’s technical strategy, ensuring efficient, scalable, and innovative housing solutions. His extensive network of industry leaders,  manufacturers, and supply chain partners strengthens QUILT’s ability to drive adoption and scale AI-integrated dementia care solutions.

Patrick Lamothe

He has over 15 years of experience in Project Management Consulting with a vision for innovation and growth. Patrick Lamothe applies his expertise in project management, real estate development, and sustainable housing to drive QUILT’s scalable dementia care solutions. With experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects, including a $109M federal investment initiative, he ensures efficient execution and strategic growth. As a co-founder of Ottawa’s largest tiny home manufacturer, Patrick brings a deep understanding of modular construction, allowing QUILT to rapidly deploy dementia-friendly housing that prioritizes accessibility, safety, and community integration.

Dr. Jorge Castellanos

He is a Professional Civil Engineer and Ph.D. with over 30 years of experience managing operations and implementing strategies for major engineering and construction firms across North America. He has led large-scale infrastructure projects, including Canada’s COVID hospitals, modular residential buildings, and secondary suite designs. Combining hands-on operational expertise with a research-driven approach to strategy execution, he ensures QUILT developments meet high engineering standards, optimizing site planning for scalable dementia care solutions.
